New Self-Paced Training
We are excited to announce the new Understanding Your CAPPS Earnings Statement self-paced online training course (course 100.2) that is designed to enhance employees’ understanding of the CAPPS Earnings Statement. Course 100.2 provides a comprehensive overview of key components, including:

Desk Aid Library and FAQs
The Desk Aids library houses how-to documents for many CAPPS processes in the Financials and HR/Payroll towers, as well as “Enterprise-level” desk aids that benefit all CAPPS users. The FAQs highlight common questions about the CAPPS systems and general questions related to user support. These sections are updated regularly, so check back often for new information.
