Instructor-Led Training

Guidelines & General Course Information

Please note the number of days and timeframe for each course; attendees are expected to attend all sessions of a class. The courses listed below are not eligible for continuing professional education (CPE) credits.

Class Format: Classes may be delivered using either:

• Virtual instructor-led (VILT) online format via Cisco Webex or Microsoft Teams
• In-person classroom training
• Hybrid format offering both in-person and VILT options

Please review course and registration information for delivery format before enrolling. To ensure successful participation in VILT courses, attendees should confirm they are able to connect to the designated online application prior to the first day of class.

Hands-on Training: For courses with a hands-on component, attendees will be asked to verify their access to the remote training environment before their registration can be confirmed. Use the hyperlink in the Registration column to access the registration page for the selected course and enter the required information to complete registration.
